Aksel approached us in the parking lot. Then he let us take control. He let us look at any car we wanted without pressure. He displayed patience and professional respect all the way through. I talked Camry all the time. He never once was snooty even though the Camry is not in the same league as my beautiful new car. The BMW is beautiful. Aksel worked with my budget and we all had a wonderful Saturday afternoon with an extremely nice group of people. Result they enabled me to get the car if my dreams.

Erick Martinez took excellent care of me!! I just financed a car from Reeves (BMW Select program... not a lease, not a purchase, but a pretty awesome program offered only by BMW that will save you lots of $$ each month. I know, it sounds like there is a catch, but I can't find one. I'm an auditor and dug into every detail... and it checked out for me). First, I was looking to lease either another Nissan Rogue or maybe a Honda CRV... that was where my budget was for a new lease. My BF dragged me there to look, but I NEVER NEVER thought I'd get a BMW in my price range (spoiler... I did). My sales guy (correction, my new friend) Erick Martinez went to bat for me. He already got my BF in a new car about 18 months ago, and he was going to do whatever he could for me... you would think I was his own sister the way he went after a deal for me. He remembered my BF like he was just in yesterday, and he took a lot of time with us making sure I was happy, I made the right the decision and not over-pressuring me with any deals. Further (and yes, I'm over 30, do not judge me for how I adult) Erick got on the phone and spoke with both my mom and my dad to explain the deal and the BMW Select program to them (I don't know why they don't listen to me...). They're both very tough New Yorkers, and Erick won them over and was so kind and patient. At the end of the day, I walked away in an X1 (who knew those had HEADS UP DISPLAYS?!) and it was in my budget and I actually felt good about the experience. There was no shady sales guys tactics, no uncertainty... I was treated like family and it was such a great experience. I'm incredibly happy, customer for life. Thank you Erick!
I took my 2005 325ci in for the air bag recall, expecting to be told I needed a new car, and wasting an entire day. Joe Torres checked my car, told me what it needed and and got the air bag fixed while I waited. They also did a complete inspection and service. Thanks
