Everyone is professional and helpful. They want to keep you happy by keeping your car running perfectly. They explain the options and the costs. Couldn’t ask for better people.

Reeves service is of the highest order! I happen to live within 10 to 15 minutes from another very large dealership whose name I will not mention (it starts with the letter “ F”) BUT I will no longer take my vehicle to them. As busy as I am, I will still GLADLY drive the 40 minutes to get to Reeves and that should tell you everything! I had the pleasure of dealing with Jesse as my service writer, he was attentive to every need that my car had, he coordinated everything with the warranty company to make sure that I did not have to deal with anything, he continually kept me in the loop via text message regarding the repairs on my vehicle and the issues with the warranty company as they surfaced and were resolved (in real time) I could not have asked for a better service writer (I am sure they are all great BUT, I will request him every time my vehicle needs to go for service) Jesse should be recognized for a level of professionalism that I would call the “gold standard” , a level of professionalism and Courtesy which ALL dealerships and employees SHOULD strive to achieve (regrettably they don’t). The loaner car process was quick and painless and the entire experience from start to finish was run like a well oiled machine. Thank you from a customer for life !
